Event policies:

• Tickets are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event. Tickets canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

• Each event listing will explain what is included with your ticket.

• Please arrive on time. Doors open 15 minutes before event and close 15 minutes after starting time.

• If your ticket includes a book or craft and you do not attend, it will be held for 7 days. Afterwards, it will be restocked or returned.
