We are honored to be a donation drop off location for Chicago Books to Women in Prison. We accept new and gently used Romance novels only that fit within these requirements:

  • Paperback

  • No writing, including no highlighting or underlining

  • No torn covers or loose pages

  • No water damage, warping, stains, or mold

  • No pictures of nudity, guns, or tattoos

  • No books containing maps

Banned Books Week x Matching Grant by the Hull Family Foundation

Shop our shelves & donate the books to CBWP and your gift will be matched by the Hull Family Foundation!

The Hull Family Foundation fall match coincides with Banned Books Week and is a fundraising opportunity offering to match for each wishlist / purchase at the partner bookstore of your choice. Our goal is to sell $1,000 which the Hull Family Foundation will match!

To participate:

  • Shop any book from our shelves and donate it to our CWBP cart anytime between Oct. 4th - Oct. 10th.

  • The Hull Family Foundation will match the total $ sold
